And this year we'll be feasting on the tenderist, juiciest lamb you've
ever eaten:
SUFFOLK LAMB
The traditional meat sheep of southern England, the
Suffolk is a large, black skinned sheep with a white fleece and drooping
ears.
Elegant to look at and delicious to eat !
Once again our chef will delight your taste buds, with a plethora of Suffolk lamb dishes and other local produce. There’ll be more than enough – so bring your friends. And naturally, each course will be washed down with your favourite big shed wines.
